Landlord/tenant matters

We regularly assist with residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters and provide advice in leasing transactions to either side. We know and understand the laws and circumstances of evictions and other landlord/tenant disputes and represent landlords and tenants in all phases of dispute resolutions up to and through final judgment of possession.

We regularly provide counsel to lenders in committing, documenting, closing, and administering loans secured by real estate and related assets. We are experienced in the areas of foreclosures and loan workouts.
