Buyer and Seller Representation

Do you know that we offer buyer and seller representation in those closing situations where the other party has selected the closing/title agent? For a reasonable fixed fee, we represent the buyer or seller throughout the sale transaction, including contract review, assistance during the pre-closing process, document review prior to closing and attendance at closing. This service should be of particular interest to those of you who list more than you sell, and for our buyer agent friends in Manatee County. This service is also useful in new construction situations, where the builder has arranged with another closing/title agent for closing services, which leaves your client with no legal representation. As a thank-you to those Realtors who refer such buyer or seller representations to us during March and April, our regular fee (S425) will be discounted $50 to $375. Remember – it’s a small price to pay for a whole lot of peace of mind!
